"Such a cool vibe and aesthetics. Love love the coffee machine that makes the perfect latte and pastries throughout the day. Love the orange juice and the communal area. Great design of the rooms as well, as well as the best shower/tub combo. Such good value for all that you get. "

"Fantastic hotel near Kansai Airport. It is clean, well-kept, great amenities (including a hot bath). While there is not much in the area, there is a Lawson convenience store close by and the hotel breakfast is well-worth it. "

10/10 Excellent

"Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again. "
