Stayed 1 night in May 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### KA YEE 23 Apr 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication 很好，親子遊很不錯的選擇 ##### KA YEE Stayed 6 nights in Apr 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### ?? 30 Mar 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication ●立地 新神戸から近く、三宮からもバスですぐの立地です。バス停も宿の目の前です。バスは時刻表の確認をする必要がないくらい本数もあって、三宮までのアクセスも便利です。ホテルとしての駐車場はありせんが、隣にコインパーキングがあり、1日停めても1200円で済みます。駅から少し離れてるので満車で停められないということもなく助かりました。歩いて行けるところにローソンがあります。3月末の利用でしたが、新神戸駅前の生田川沿いに桜がたくさん植えられていて、タイミングよく桜も咲いていて、本当にすてきな立地でした。 ●チェックイン ホテルと違ってフロントがあるわけではなく、到着時刻を連絡してカギを受け取ります。 ●スタッフ とても感じのいい方で、温かいスタッフがお迎えしてくれて、お部屋の説明をして下さいます。子ども連れだったのですがベビーチェアを用意して下さったり、寒いのが苦手と伝えると色々対応をして下さったりしてとても助かりました。 ●設備 キッチンや冷蔵庫、レンジ、ポット、炊飯器もついてるので自炊も可能です。洗濯もできるので連泊にはとても便利でした。広々リビングにソファやダイニングテーブルもあるので団らんもでき家族で利用するには最高でした。連泊での利用で、自炊や洗濯を予定していたので、簡単な調味料や紙皿紙コップを持参しましたが、宿に用意があり必要なかったかな？という感じです。 ●感想 離れたところに住む家族が神戸に集合して泊まりましたが、団らんしながら家のように過ごすことができ、全てにおいて大変満足した。お世話になりました。また利用させて下さい。ありがとうございました。 ##### ??
