大きな敷地内にホテルやコテージ、アトラクション、温泉、プールなどがありはじめていくとどこから行っていいのかわからないのですが1回行くと大体わかりました^\_^ 施設の入場券を購入しなければほとんどの所に入れません^\_^ それはしょうがないのですが、連泊した時にチケットを購入してなくても時間がつぶせるところがあればさいこうなのですが でもあったのかもしれません。 働いている方はどこも大変明るく親切で大変良かった。部屋までエレベーターを2回乗り継ぐのは大変不便。絨毯があまりきれいではなかった。アトラクション等を含むから高いのかもしれないが、ホテルの部屋だけ見ると支払った金額の価値なし。敷地が広いので仕方ないがいちいち車移動しなければいけなく、アトラクションを楽しまない中年だけの旅行には不向きな雰囲気でした。小さな子供の居る家族旅行では楽しいのかなとおもいます。近場でリゾート気分を楽しみたかったが、子供の遊び場という感じです。改善するのであれば、予約時にアトラクションで思い切り遊びたいのか、ゆっくりリゾートを感じたいのかでお客さんを分けて、行く前のホテルからのメールにどういうとこに行けば楽しめるか簡単でも良いから提案してくれたらなと思いました。ホテルの方、BBQ施設の方は今まで泊まったどのホテルよりも感じが良かったので、上記の点が改善されそうなら又いきたいなと思います。
