As we don't know the situation that we only received the hotel email at 10:57pm for asking about our reservation, we reply at once but after 20min that the hotel send an email telling us that as they are closed at 11pm so they already cancelled my reservation. this is very bad service hotel although after argued through email that they are going to wait for us till 1am. but during the check in the staff is really unfriendly. and we are not able to go out and no one prepare the bed in the room. We need to do it by ourself. all the hotel facilities are cloesed after 11pm. Therefore we do not have anything to eat. if you are going to travel around and not prepare only enjoy the facilities in the hotel and just sleeping at night.
