I think I told you with the check in survey, that everything is fine at this Daiwa hotel...food is good, rooms are clean with nice accessories and wonderful shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and well cared for, convenient to local attractions. Our only reason to down grade the rating was that our mattresses were waaaay too hard which made it uncomfortable on hips during the night. We are experienced travelers and have slept on hard beds ( and floors) before...but, sorry, these were Really uncomfortable. ( we are now at Daiwa Roynet Ginza. And their beds are also firm, but much better for sleeping in comfort.

Big room, Clean, Fair price
Clean hotel, big room, comfortable bed, Full facilities. Good reception staff, smiling. Downstairs is Family Mart. Near the hotel there is a nice restaurant.

Handy to Sannomiya station and the airport bus stops. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel is relatively new and in good condition. Room size good. Free wifi. Breakfast was not included in my rate but a Japanese buffet style breakfast can be pre purchased for Jpy 830 from the front desk.My first time staying here and would be happy to stay again in the future.

short but sweet stay
overall hotel condition is good. We arrived at the train station but lost our way to hotel. Called the hotel reception for directions unfortunately none could communicate in English and provide directions to the hotel. All is well as we finally manage to find our way with some help from locals that directed us. room size was a bit small but overall conditions - thumbs up. Check out was super fast only need to drop the key into the "check out" machine.

Good location. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is cooperative. This was my second stay in a Daiwa Roynet Hotel and they seem to maintain good standard in hospitality.

Simple and convenient
We stayed for one week. It was very comfortable, although the room was a little small. The hotel front desk was very friendly. They spoke English well and were very accommodating.

Most business hotels in Japan are super small. This one is much better/bigger than others in the area with better/proper better and full size shower. It was cheaper than the other business hotels I've stayed very nearby and much better

Well located though rather basic
We stayed one Saturday night when hotel choices were sparse and rates quite high. our double room was a reasonable size, if a bit cramped, and the bed was just big enough.

5 to 7 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station, surrounding area is good with few restaurants near by, in particular a Kobe beef restaurant serving award winning Kobe beef. Friendly staff and English is not a problem. The breakfast is good and the hotel room is clean.

Everything is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and welcoming. The bed is wonderful and all of us have a very good rest. There is a Japanese restaurant right next to the hotel which serves good food. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Kobe.

離三宮站有一段距離，酒店內部新淨，房間係舊式酒店房，但很乾淨，要行去商店街大約10-15分鐘，如果你很愛寧靜呢間酒店適合你。
