"We had to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the hot water came through. And had to ask reception for another toilet roll as we ( 4 adults ) stayed 2 nights and only had 1 and 1/2 toilet rolls, otherwise very comfortable and the beds were absolutely beautiful to sleep on. "Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out."
