I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! "Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was. "

"Other than the gym feeling a bit outdated, everything else was great. One thing to keep in mind is the tide level upon arrival — if the tide is low, the boat may not be able to get close to the dock, so you might need to walk a short distance to the hotel. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of."
