"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. "I had an amazing stay at Dewa! I solo traveled for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond for me! All I did was mention my birthday being the next day to my driver and the entire staff showed me so much love! I was able to book my activities for a good price as well. "Beautiful location, rich breakfast, super nice staff. Bikes are available to tour around the lake and there is a shuttle bus to take you to a shopping center nearby. The only negative was the elephant feeding place near the hotel, which chained the baby elephants in order to make money from the visitors feeding them. I informed the hotel and hopefully they’ll take action to prevent this business as part of their social responsibility. Otherwise, all pleasant feelings!"

"Our stay at TreeHouse Villas in Koh Yao Noi was truly the best experience—like something out of a dream. Choosing this place was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about it is simply breathtaking: the beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional attention to detail, and the thoughtful amenities in the villa. Our private pool with those stunning views made every moment feel magical. We also had an amazing dining experience at the Italian restaurant—the dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, with great variety and high-quality options. The views from the pool and throughout the property are just невероятные, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. The included activities are a wonderful bonus, adding even more value to the stay. Honestly, our only regret is staying for just one day. This place has left such a mark on us that we’ve already made it a promise to come back again and again. It’s a stay we will never forget."

"Great resort plenty of amenities even if the water park is closed. Customer service is a huge stand out for us, we never met anyone unwilling to assist or greet us. The staff ensures there are plenty of activities for kids. If breakfast is not included with your stay, make sure you make other arrangements for meals. However 7/11 and Lotus are steps away. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully it doesn’t get too packed once the water park opens. Sold on the ocean side pool. Absolutely beautiful."
