My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. They were really accommodating when it came into getting us into our room a little bit early since we had an excursion in the afternoon. The room was spacious and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. It's located right in the middle of town (which is small) so everything is a 5 min walk.

Hotel in a central location on the island Service and maintenance not at a high level The breakfast is not good and cleanliness is not taken care of The level of cleaning service in the rooms is quite low The beaches were not clean and looked polluted

Good option, nice location and good service
Nice hotel, very well located, is not connected with beach directly but you only need to cross the small street and you are in the public beach. Welcome drink and good attention. Rooms are spacious, and we loved the pool. They can improve bed, mattress wasn’t that comfortable and furniture looks damaged

Above average stay.
This hotel is above average, though not stellar (especially for the price point). The hot water wasn't working, and when I asked the receptionist to have someone fix it, it ended up not being fixed despite someone clearly having dropped by my room. I only stayed a night and left early in the morning so I couldn't be bothered to go back to the receptionist, but for the price I was paying, I don't think it was worth it to pay that much and not have hot water. I also couldn't find the light switch to turn off the main light in the room, so I had to sleep with the lights on. At least the room was nice and clean. Nice modern design that doesn't look like it was built in the 70s/80s.

Updated hotel but drains are a problem
Average hotel but probably one of the more modern looking in Phi Phi with updated rooms and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable and no major complaints regarding the with bedroom/sleeping area. The only problem with this hotel is the smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom drains. It was so bad it woke me up one night when I hadn't shut the bathroom door. I had 2 rooms and both had the smell problem so it's not isolated and it doesn't occur at other hotels ive stayed at in Phi Phi. I wouldn't stay here again but if you're looking for a modern updated room then this is for you. Just remember to bring air freshener - I bought a couple of gel fresheners from the local store for about 90b - that solved the problem and no more smell :)

I contacted them to cancel my hotel stay . No one responded . I wasn’t able to catch the ferry to phi phi island due to the time . I tried to reach out to them as well as Expedia . No on responded and then they charged my card even though I did not stay there .

Location is perfect. They have spacious rooms, clean facilities and amazing staff. Just wish they would have had more flexibility to a late check out, either paid or complimentary. If not late check out have a shower facility perhaps.

Nice place, but bathroom smells horrible
Check in and room was nice, breakfast (included) was good, with a lovely view. However, the bathroom in our room had a horrible smell of sewage. The smell was nauseating and the other reviewers must have had a similar problem. This is something that needs immediate attention in all rooms.

Nice looking place but service is lacking
The staff was not friendly at all. We were 3 people staying in room and they only gave us 1 key. The key is required to be left in the room to keep the air conditioner running, so we couldn’t do that unless we wanted to go through the hassle of finding someone to open the door. With it being near 90 and very humid, ac was important. We did that a few times and they don’t ask for any id or anything. When I asked to speak with a manager they wouldn’t provide one.

Super clean and stylish. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful decor. We were met at the pier when the ferry arrived so that a staff member could handle our suitcases. That was helpful. The breakfast included with our two-night stay was great. Lots of options from eggs and sausage to Thai noodles. Lastly, it was a great location right on the main drag that parallels the shore.

The property was pretty good and central to everything we needed. Only issue we really had was that the hotel number on this page is incorrect, hotel doesn't reply to emails, and that the hotel shower weren't great. You either got really cold or really hot, no inbetween.
