The staff are very friendly and helpful. As soon as we got there we felt so relaxed. The resort itself is a bit off the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to anything but we just rented a scouter to rip around everywhere so it really wasn’t an issue. It’s actually nice that it’s away from everything as you get a more peaceful experience. The whole theme and landscaping of the resort is beautiful as well as an amazing pool. The restaurant is fantastic and really makes it hard to want to go anywhere else. Overall I had a great experience at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a relaxing environment, good food, and great staff. The facility was great with beautiful rooms and nice pool area. The restaurant is fantastic and the service is truly amazing. A girl called Thida who seemed to be the Manager there took care of us great and helped us with everything around. In a good area but if you’re walking to the hotel’s entrance you have to go down a long winding unpaved road surrounded by bushes and nasty industrial waste. Weg zum Hotel sehr interessant, da am Mangrovenwald entlangführend. Links und rechts sind flüsse und die Heimat für Warane.
