There is no mold in our bathroom as we clean with bathroom disinfectant products.

Overall had a great stay. The power completely went out for our entire first night stay, but upon letting management know the next day they promptly upgraded us to a different room. Clean, comfortable, AC worked great, pool is nice, very nice place to stay. Only downside is it is a bit of a walk to the main beach, but otherwise I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Moonstone Studio. It's has a great view very close to center of Phangan yet again very quite and has a great nature atmosphere

Overall nice stay
The overall experience was good, the location though ia far from everything and the walk to the room has many steps and steep incline. Especially tough if you travel with suitcases. The wifi reception is terrible. The view from the window is amazing, the room is spacious and comfortable.

Great place to stay, friendly owner and monkeys come to visit. Room was great but its a bit of a walk to Haad Rin beach but there is another across the road.

We had a great stay here over the full moon party. We extended our stay for an extra night as we were very happy with the service & location. The views were amazing.

The room is luxurious by any means but it’s nice. Little small but nice. It also overlooks the ocean so that’s hard to beat. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Close to haad Rin beach
We enjoyed our stay here. We came for the full moon party and we liked that it was pretty close to the hotel but far enough away to get away from the craziness if you wanted. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good ac since it gets very hot and humid there. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean view. We would stay again.

Amazing view!!! Lovely landlord - was very kind and helpful. Lots of stairs. It is a studio so take that into consideration - no breakfast no pool no beach.

Amazing Bungalow with incredible view
Stefane at Moonstone Studio was the most accomodating person we came across on our trip to Thailand! The bungalow was gorgeous and had an amazing view. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's not directly on the beach, but it's about a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a resort where there is a pool you can use.

Nice lights in the room, salted water in the pool, super view, lovely staff, bathroom could've been better cleaned but overall it was very good.. I still recommend to book from elsewhere than hotels.com as if there if any problem, you will get no help or even answer to your questions. That's so sad.

Thanks for your nice review. We have taken note of the bathroom cleaning and have told our cleaning staff to pay more attention from now on. Note that if you book from Hotels.com, it is via Expedia Group, therefore communication via the 2 websites are not easy. It is not our property fault from which website you are booking. Hotel tres vielle ! Nous y avons passée juste une nuit pour aller au full moon party qui es a environ 10 minutes de marche, alors bien située si c'est pour cette occasion que vous choisissez l'hôtel.

Merci pour votre revue. Apparemment votre conjoint avait l'air très content de la chambre lors du check-in. Nous avons rénové toutes les chambre fin 2022 avec nouvels 40" smart TV's, air-cond, metelas, douches et peinture et la chambre où vous étiez a été construite en 2017. Nous n'avons jamais eu une complainte disant que l'hôtel était vieux... Nous vous souhaitons une bonne fin de vacances dans des hôtel super neufs.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Vom Zimmer aus konnte man die Sonnenauf- und untergänge genießen. Das Zimmer war groß und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und zudem sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft empfehle ich gerne weiter!

Umiddelbart virker det at ligge langt væk, men dette opvejes med dejligt værelse, swimmingpoll og service, og kort at gå til byen. Ingen restaurant, men de har aftale som bringer mad uden ekstra omkostninger. Gode strande ned ved byen, og vi fik tilfældigvis oplevet Full moon party hvilket virkelig er værd at opleve.

Fint opphold
Vi hadde et fint opphold på Moonstone. Rommet var fint og virket rent, men det luktet ganske kloakk av badet (som spredte seg til resten av rommet). Internett fungerte ok. Svømmebassenget var fint. Beliggenheten var grei, men det var ikke så mye i nærheten og stranda var ikke noe fin.

there were many reasons why we completely enjoyed our stay at moonstones! The staff was very friendly! The room was very clean and well equipped, European standard. Good pool with a great view and a nice bar to relax and watch the sunset. We really recommend Moonstones and would book definitely again!

des studios aussi agréables que confortables. Bien que situé tout au sud de l'île, il est très facile d'accéder en scooter à toutes les parties de l'île. Agréable piscine. En conclusion n bel établissement.

Moonstone is an excellent place to stay. The rooms and the terrain are beautiful and very well cared for. I have stayed at 4 and 5 stars bungalows in and around Haad Rin but these are nothing compared to Moonstone! Everything is up to Western standarts and there is no doubt in my mind that I would stay here again!
