Luxury villa directly on the beach
Located directly on the beach facing a turquoise sea and with a pool this house is a rare jewel furnished with antiques from all over Asia.
It has 5 bedrooms (4 large and one smaller) each with its private bathroom, 2 dining rooms (indoor and outdoor), a home cinema area upstairs, fully equipped kitchen. You will have the service of Iyad, a housekeeper who will take care of your well being and will be there to advise you / help. She can prepare you breakfast or lunch if you provide the ingredients. It is a blue cordon in Thai cuisine.
In the immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants and shops as well as diving schools.
We reach Koh Phangan easily by Koh Samui, whose airport is served from Bangkok (twenty flights per day), Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong. We then take a boat for a 30-minute crossing.
One can also go through Surat Thani, the provincial capital on the mainland. It is longer (1 hour and a half crossing) but cheaper.
The villa is in the small fishing village of Chaloklum (12 km from the landing stage). A place preserved, authentically Thai, far from the tourist masses.
Equipment: Fridge, Refrigerated Pantry, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Chilled Drinking Water Fountain, Washing Machine, Dryer, Hair Dryer, 2 TVs, 2 DVD Players, Baby Cot, WiFi, safe.
Sheets and towels are provided. Shampoo and
Shower gel, anti-mosquito products also.
Air conditioning in each room.
Our villa is located in a charming fishermen's village, Chaloklum, far away from the tourist crowds but with several nice restaurants.
Our house is directly on the beach. Three steps and you are in a beautiful turquoise water. You also have a small swimming pool with clear water.
We have five double rooms (4 large ones and 1 smaller) with their own private bathroom, a large living room, 2 dining spaces, one inside, one outside facing the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a home cinema with a large collection of DVD's. There is also a sofa-bed in the tv space.
The whole house is furnished with antiques from all Asia.
Included in the price is the service of Iy who will take care of you and can also prepare breakfast and lunch if you buy the ingredients.
To arrive to Koh Phangan is very easy. From Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong you have 30 minutes boat trip to Koh Phangan. This is the first time you can take a plane to Surat Thani, the provincial capital and then a ferry to Koh Phangan. It is cheaper but longer. Then Chaloklum is 12km away from the pier.

Absolut einzigartige Unterkunft. Man könnte einzelne Kritikpunkte äußern, jedoch wäre das nicht gerecht, da es dem Charme des Hauses nicht entsprechen würde.Die Lage ist perfekt.Es gibt im Grunde nur zwei Kritikpunkte:1\. Bringt doch bitte Moskitonetze an den Öffnungen des Hauses an. Es genügt ein Netz mit Klebeband. Das fällt nicht auf und ist effektiv!2\. Mehr Aufbewahrungsflächen für die Gäste. Entweder es gibt zu wendig Platz für Klamotten oder der Platz ist bereits mit irgend einem Kram belegt.Das sind aber nur kleine Kritikpunkte. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!Danke für diese tolle Zeit!

La villa di Alain è in una posizione fantastica, tre gradini sopra la spiaggia. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie anche all’aiuto di lyad che ha anche cucinato per noi una cena superba. Speriamo di tornare presto.

#### Un petit paradis les pieds dans l’eau
Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner 5 jours dans la belle villa de Alain et fêter le nouvel an les pieds dans l’eau. Nous étions un groupe de 9 adultes et 3 enfants (un seul lit bébé mais Lyad nous a confectionné des lits d’appoints qui ont tout à fait fait l’affaire pour les enfants). Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et décorées avec goût. Comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Les linges de lit, serviettes de bain ET serviettes de plage étaient fournis. Une note particulière à Lyad qui était au petit soin et nous a aidé à organiser notre séjour (trajet, excursions, taxi, plongée, etc) Nous avons vécu un moment unique dans cette magnifique maison. Une adresse que nous garderons précieusement car, une chose est sûr: nous reviendrons!!

#### Lovely Beach House, Quiet Part of the Island
Beautiful house, with the waves literally lapping at the steps outside. Very cool decor with lots of love and effort put in; easy communication with the host, and Eaid is great and very nice, and she keeps the place tidy! The house is perfect for a family or a party of several guests and is in a quiet part of the island with east access to Haad Salad and Haad Yao and the boat to Bottle Beach. Great eats nearby as well, and the cafe fight outside the door is cute and welcoming.

#### séjour magnifique dans un petit coin de paradis
Vacances en famille très agréable. La maison est spacieuse, les pieds dans l'eau et très tranquille. Très bon emplacement, le petit village de pécheur est très calme. Restaurant, supermarché et salon de massage sont accessible à pied. Merci pour ces délicieux moments.

#### Séjour magnifique dans une villa à la décoration soignée face à une plage très agréable.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa donnant sur une plage très agréable. La décoration de la maison est remarquable et pleine de charme. On se sent au bout du monde dans un petit coin de paradis. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir régulièrement. Nous avons pu profiter des nombreux restaurants situés à proximité dans ce village de Thaïlande encore préservé. Pour les amateurs de plongée sous marine, la maison est toute proche de l'embarcadère. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et réactif . Pour résumer, une maison parfaite pour des vacances inoubliables.

#### Maison merveilleuse et séjour de rêve
Nous sommes parti mon mari et notre fils de 4 ans ainsi qu'un couple d'amis et leur fille de 6 ans . Nous avons immédiatement été séduits par la beauté et le charme de cette maison . Sa situation est idéal , nous n'avons qu'à descendre 3 marches pour se retrouver sur une plage de sable fin quasi déserte . La mer chaude et turquoise est un bonheur . La piscine est ideal pour se desalé et parfait pour les enfants qui ailment sauter .. Dans la journee Iyat la charmante femme qui s'occupe de la maison est parfaite . Discrète mais la pour nous aider , nous renseigner .. Et puis toujours des petites attentions : elle a noté le 1er jour que j'aimais les ananas et tous les matins nous avions de l'ananas frais . Le soir nous allions souvent dans les petits restaurants juste à côté . Les gens sont charmant . Nous recommandons cette maison non seulement par sa beauté mais aussi car une maison sur la plage c'est très rare et très appréciable . On a à peine envie de bouger:) super séjour !! On reviendra c'est une certitude .
