The price was very reasonable, and reflected the no frill option. For me, Id be willing to up the budget next time for more on site ammenities. "Amazing customer service. So friendly and helpful. Was extremely relaxing and would recommend to anyone looking to be on the quiet side of thailand. Room was amazing clean and comfortable. Housekeeping everyday and turn down for the night in the seaview room. We also loved our outdoor private bath (very hot water too) cannot express how much we loved our time there"

"Absolutely gorgeous and amazing stay at Phulay Bay. The grounds, the design, the spacious rooms (with amazing bathroom suites) are all amazing, but it's the service that puts it over the top. Our personal butler, Khun Aea, tended to our every need before we even asked, and took such good care of us. Every single member of the staff goes out of their way to give the guests a perfect stay."

"Very good. Conveniently located next to several good restaurants and the very fun bar Sai. We had been disappointed to hear that the main pool would be closed for repairs during our stay but the staff dealt with it very well. Access to the pool villa and staying in the room with a plunge pool of its own ensured we did not miss out at all. The team also arranged an excellent 3-island boat tour with guide Pong who was very knowledgeable and interesting - this was the highlight of our stay! We will miss the Breakfast roti station on the rest of our travels. Particular thanks to Sao, Anthoine and Johan for taking such good care of us. "

"The attention to detail and sense of tranquility across the entire resort. We were very impressed with the room and the daily small gifts placed into the room. The food was excellent and healthy. The spa was very special and that view from hilltop pool is so beautiful! The staff are to be very proud of their resort and the operation of it.
