We checked in…& in ten minutes later after looking at the room..we canceled and went somewhere else.there was a smell in the room, & we thought it was a enclosed hotel…not a MOTEL! Very disappointed!

Hilton Knoxville
Visit was during NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONALS. It was the same weekend as University of Tennessee graduation ceremonies. Proximity to downtown and market square. Appreciated the charging staition for guests but did not feel it was appropriate to charge since paying the fee for stay

THE TENNESSEAN Hotel
This room was an upgrade from the rooms I usually get and it outdid my expectations. I raved about the rooms before, but somehow they outdid it with the 2 king bedroom with the city view. Great place and will keep on visiting in the future.
