"The room was clean, bed was firm even when sitting on the edge. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was appetizing. Loved the marble floors when exiting the elevator on 7th floor. My dislikes, room air conditioner very loud and I had to keep turning up volume of tv when it came on. Also door handle was hard for me to push down to open door "

"The staff here is great, they know me by name and I never give them any trouble (at least I hope I don't!) Rooms are 95% of the time clean as hell! This time there was some dirt and dust in the AC unit grill and my girlfriend did a once over deep clean of the room for about 3 hours and then she was satisfied. Definitely cleaner on the way out then in. That's just this one time, all 8 prior experiences with my rooms before were 10 out of 10! "
