This frontal sea view top floor apartment has a fantastic terrace, with outdoor furniture included. The view of the beach and the evening lights from the harbor our are an always changing painting that never gets boring.   
Enough seating for 5 to dine or to serve breakfast in the morning. Pick your spot, sit back and relax. The window can be opened fully so indoor and outdoor will blend perfect together. The open kitchen with some high end utilities are ready to use. A seating area for 4 guests and 2 high bar chairs to start your evening moments.  
1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 spacious bedrooms, the master with large double bed, the 2nd bedroom had a bunkbed with below a small double and 1 single above. There is Free parking available for 1 car at approximately max100m just behind the tram line behind the apartment.   
  
Located in a lively area, but the apartment itself is very peaceful and quiet on the 9th floor. Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and shops. Don\`t miss out on the opportunity to enjoy unforgettable moments on your own private terrace while admiring the breathtaking views. Book now and make your dream vacation a reality!  
  
The elevator goes to the 8th floor and the last floor you need to take some small stairs to enter the apartment!   
There is Free parking available for 1 car at approximately max100m just behind the tram line behind the apartment.

Beds made with quality bedding from Belgian soil, namely the Witte Lietaer provided per guest.  
If more beds have to be made than the number of guests foreseen, please let us know in advance.  
Soft and thick bath towels are provided for each guest.
