"Everything was great during our stay except for the pillows. They were too firm and really effected my sleep unfortunately. But the property and rooms were very nice - gorgeous "lobby" (the huge seating area) and you couldn't beat the location."

"Muy buenos limpio son amable me encanto yo avis entrecado mi habitacion a la 5 am y cuando llegue a mi trabajo lo avian suspendido y volví al hotel que ya via hecho la salida y me ayudaron y me dieron de nuevo mi habitación asta la salida que era a la 11 me ayudaron son bien amable desde la recepción y todos un rico desayuno los felicito son excelente "

"What a beautiful room in a beautiful hotel! It sits above several restaurants on the private third floor. The building is like a cross between a Victorian and the New Orleans French quarter. As old as the building must be, it is fully modernized with every amenity while maintaining its classic charm. The bathroom is amazing. There’s an oversized shower with an overhead rainfall shower head AND a detachable shower head with massager on the wall. And a separate soaking bathtub. Don’t even get me started on the toilet with the multi setting bidet and heated seat!"
