Gym was reserved and not available for use during my stay, an email advising of this private reservation would have been appreciated, I would have scheduled my time for the gym at another time.
I did not realize that there aren't any TV in the rooms.
No idea what time my breakfast arrives, it is placed outside of my door and found whenever I decide to open my door. Would be good to know when the food arrives so it can be eaten while still hot/warm and fresh.
Bed and bedding was very comfortable.

Close to the main attractions, especially the WW2 museum. Hôtel is quite basic and a little old. Staff are very friendly. Average for price range.

I am very disappointed with this stay. The place may be very nice, the views are wonderful, but it is not necessarily comfortable in winter. The room was very cold, as was the restaurant, where the only “normal” place to sit was by the fireplace. It was also very cold at breakfast, the breakfasts ...
