Don’t like location - pretty close to unsafe area, but very convenient to reach subway and center city Staff was not very friendly Clean -ok

The buffet breakfast is excellent! And it’s close to the train station and the old city which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the first room they gave us, the AC was not working. They moved us to another room, where the AC was working but the minibar fridge was off and the room safe was locked. All fixed very quickly (service and staff get five stars). Then we discovered there is no hot water (too late to change rooms and we didn’t complain as it was already late). Next morning, no hot water still, but by the afternoon the hot water was back. Overall, the furnishings, bed, pillows, curtains, lobby etc clearly make this a 3 star hotel, with a breakfast and service level that belongs to a 4 or 5 star property.
