Huge room, great breakfast,beds super compfy.

Pros: The beds were great and lots of space.
Cons: Went to Mothers Day brunch at the hotel, was dissappointed. They were not ready and did not have alot of the food mentioned on the flyer.
Location: I was visiting family and working. Did not get a chance to be a tourist.
I have never stayed at Shilo Inn, will stay again.

A place to relax and sleep

My friend and I were up in Klamath for a Flag Football tourney. The hotel was just a place to rest our heads. The place was clean, quiet, and staff were friendly. The breakfast in the mornings was good, wish there was a little more selection like waffles. For the price for 2 adults with a room with 2 queen beds, it was perfect hotel experience!

Wish I was staying longer!

In my search for dog-friendly accommodations I came across this hotel and discovered that all of their properties are pet-friendly and offer "affordable excellence". From the $5 coupon off dinner to one of the nicest complimentary continental breakfast I've had, this hotel was a fantastic discovery. The best part was that the ample grassy areas for my dog to stretch and run and roll. I was so impressed that I sought out their sister property for my next night along the Oregon coast.

Pros: not much, go down the road to a much nicer place for same price
Cons: get rid of the management team.
Staff is not trained and they do not know what they are doing, have to wait and ask the manager for any issue. The manager is not even close being in touch with his customers. Good luck if you stay here

Very nice except the bar staff

We had Avery nice stay except for one thing. Saturday night we went into the bar for a drink and a snack. After waiting five to ten minutes without even a hello or I`'ll be right with you my husband stepped up to the bar to see if he could get someone's attention. The younger woman on duty came within a few feet of him and ignored him completely. The other person returned from break and immediately said l will be right with you but by then we had had it and were leaving. There were very few in the bar at the time so I am not sure what the problem was. We have booked two nights in mid 2017 but we will not be going in or recommending the bar. The rest of our stay was quiet and pleasant.
