Just OK.

This hotel would be good if you were simply needing a place to sleep for a night. Very out-dated, pool and hot tub were severely unkept, shower/tub drain needed to be unclogged. Bed did not even have a fitted sheet to keep the mattress from being exposed. Staff seemed grouchy and annoyed.

Smoky air and Fleas

Posted 14-Aug-2016
Pros: staff was okay
Cons: everything. Id like a full refund.
First room was musty and air conditioning was broken, so we moved from 309 to 337. Rm. 337 was even worse as per smell, but we cranked the air conditioning and opened the window. My daughter awoke in the middle of the night with an asthmatic attack due to the air, and she doe not get asthma. I wrestled around and itched frequently. When I awoke, I had 7 bites on my body, one on my eyebrow which I showed to the desk staff. They didn't swell like bug bites, so must have been fleas.

close to the highway

Posted 13-Aug-2016
Pros: We liked the large and clean room
Cons: It would have been nice to have had a quieter room away from the highway.
We were given a spacious, clean room on the freeway side of the building. This, along with the sounds of plumbing in neighboring rooms, made for a less than quiet night.

Great staff, convenient location for travel

Posted 12-Aug-2016
The staff and location of this hotel were excellent. Close to outdoor recreation areas and walking distance to a Dutch Bros coffee, and a movie theatre. The pool was closed when we were there, with no explanation as to why. The hot tub was open the first night we were there and then they closed that as well the next day. That was really disappointing as we had purposely booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast included in the cost of a room was OK. I had read that the food at the hotel restaurant was very good, however we did not eat there for any meals other than the free breakfast. My sense was that the quality for the breakfast was inferior to the quality of the menu items.... The coffee at breakfast and in the lobby was awful so I would definitely recommend walking over to Dutch Bros! This hotel is fairly outdated however it is clean and well-maintained. I would recommend it for a one or two night stay, as a convenient place to stay on a road trip.

Wow! We'll definitely be back to this property!

Pros: In a word--everything!!!
Cons: More pillows on the beds please. Oh, and bacon too, for breakfast.
Location: The night clerk told us about a fabulous place to eat in town down on Main Street--elegant and delicious. I'm frugal, meal was worth every penny!!!
Fabulous! Loved everything about this place. Clean and spacious room. Nice big counter space by bathroom and plenty of additional counter space for your luggage. Comfortable bed. Pool and spa tub were clean and fun. Loved it being 24 hours btw. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic--biscuits were especially delicious. Lobby was grand and impeccable. Parking was good. Our only suggestion is more pillows on the beds please.

Nice hotel, great food

Posted 03-Aug-2016
Cons: Some upgrades are due, And also cleaning the AC unit and window's screens would be a must in order to bring some fresh air in the rooms.
Location: Close to freeway, few chain restaurants around if I remember right. But the restaurant at the hotel is much better.
We stoped one night on our way to Crater Lake. Nice, clean room and bathroom. The restaurant was a nice surprise, great menu and quality food. We were pleased with everything.
