It is a smaller area with 36 villas and 50 apartments. The building is located directly to a lovely beach. The area is very local where you will experience the original Thailand. A lovely unspoilt area with many local family-run restaurants. Located about 20 km southeast of Rayong as a major city with great shopping. The apartment is from June 2012\. From the apartment offers spectacular views of the ocean and the famous island of Koh Samet. Located in a close area with great security and good service, is a good place to live for everyone. There is a lovely pool right next to the water and a large pool in front of the apartment building. In the building there is a fitness room with air-conditioning, lounge area, laundry, library and two smaller restaurants in the area. From 2 of the rooms and the living room you have a clear view over the sea and there is a large terrace where you can enjoy the view and the lovely evenings. We point out that it is private rental and therefore cannot be equated with a hotel. Rayong Province A very local area where you experience the original Thailand. The area is not overrun by tourists. It is an area where the Thais themselves go to their holiday home or when they go to the booth at the weekend. You can withdraw money in an ATM at the airport (Visa card, Eurocard etc.). There is an ATM at 7-Eleven approx. 1.0 km from the apartment as in pass on the road. One can use Visa Card, Master, Eurocard and more. There are also a few larger banks (Kasikorn Bank, Siam Bank) in Ban Phe where you can exchange currency. Remember to bring passports if you need to exchange money. Electricity meter The electricity meter is read off on arrival and departure. Consumption per week is approx. DKK 300, -. However, it is important that the air conditioning system be switched off when leaving the apartment and turning off in the living room at night otherwise it can become considerably more expensive. The price is 1.00 DKK / kWh. Don't drink the tap water! For cooking and coffee it is also recommended to use bottled water. Everything that is available in drawers and cabinets throughout the house is for free use. In the sideboard in the master bedroom there are towels and bed linen. Both ordinary. towels, beach towels and beach towels. However, it is important that you make sure they are sent for washing on departure. The terrace furniture will usually be set up on arrival. However, it is important that the cushions are taken in each evening or if you leave the apartment for a longer period as there may be occasional rainfall. There is Wi-fi, TV etc. There is service for 6 people. If a glass breaks, there is extra glass in the cupboard. There is no charge for this. The pool Can be used freely but used it in the evening it is important that you are quiet. You can take your own food and drinks down to the pool. Remember to clean up after you. The pool must not be used in the evening after. 19.00. Breakfast There are a restaurants in the area. However, eat the evening meal at one of the many local restaurants. Cleaning The apartment is cleaned but where you want extra cleaning during your stay you can book it at the reception. It costs approx. 700 THB. There are several restaurants within 3 km. Several of them can get to bring the food out. An evening meal typically costs between 50 - 60 DKK. per. person incl. beer and water. Transport / Taxi In the daytime, small open minibuses run, with 2 row seats, "Bath buses". They drive in both directions towards La Ma Phim and Pan Phe / Rayong. There are no timescheudle. They are practical and very cheap to drive with, and they stop when you stand out to the road. To the west they drive blue to Ban Phe (about 11 km and about 20 THB), and the whites to Rayong (about 30 km and about 40 THB). However, they only run between 10am and 6pm. 8.00 and 18\. 00\. Remember this when, for example, you use them when you go out to eat in the evening. You can also hire the Bathbusses to driver one to the area's restaurants in the evening. It usually costs approx. 300-500 THB depending on how far you have to go. If you do not want to be dependent on the taxi or the bath buses when you are going around the local area, there are many families renting a scooter, as this is the easiest way to get around. The best way is to hire a car in the airport. Lejligheden er stor og rummelig, med alt, hvad man har brug for. Den ligger tæt på stranden og gode swimmingpools. Det er lidt langt til 7-Eleven og restauranter, men det gjorde os ikke noget. Værten er meget venlig og hjælpsom, og han svarede hurtigt på alle vores spørgsmål.Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage hertil næste gang! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is big and spacious, with everything we needed. It’s close to the beach and nice swimming pools. It’s a little far from 7-Eleven and restaurants, but that was not a problem for us. Det är nära till olika stränder och restauranger. Kan även rekommendera restaurangen vid poolen, ett supermysigt par som driver den. Lugnt och trevligt område, gillar du party är detta inget för dig. Tygerna på möblerna i lägenheten skulle behöva en ordentlig uppfräschning då dessa är vita. De har nog inte blivit tvättade på ett bra tag. Ena duschen i lägenheten var tyvärr oanvändbar då det var stopp i avloppet när vi anlände. Bra hyresvärd och service på plats via en dansk (Jacob). Inga problem med nycklar, städ o utflykter. Hyra en Sareng är nödvändigt och inte särskilt dyrt och ett måste. En trevlig och lugn resort utan en massa skrik och stök, hit återvänder vi gärna! ##### Anna D. Beliggenheden er skøn, der er kun 5 minutters gå gang til havet og området er langt fra overrandt af turister hvilket havde stor betydning for os, da vi gik efter at opleve det ægte og autentiske Thailand. Der er et stykke til fods til større indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter, så det er en rigtig god idé at leje en scooter og have stående, det er nemt og billigt. Faciliteterne i lejligheden er lækre & rene, og man har adgang til 2 gode pools. Jeg vil stærkt anbefale denne feriebolig til andre, vi kunne i hvert fald sagtens finde på at booke den igen. Under vores ophold tog vi på dagsture til de nærliggende byer der b.la. omfatter Ban Pee, Rayong og Pattaya. Ligeledes besøgte vi øerne Koh Samet og Koh Thalu og vi overnattede i 2 nætter på øen Koh Chang som også er et besøg værd. ##### Didde J.
