The real 5 star hotel, luxury, in a dreamy location with best service. Clean and comfortable rooms, best women only spa , swimming , Suana and Turkish baths, brand new. We loved the food, verity, clean and fresh, plenty of it. Staffs are amazing, from the reception to the coffee bar and the . All respectful and welcoming, we celebrated our birthday, hotel provided the cake( a bit pricy) very very helpful. The hotel accommodate us with best memories ever. The view and the walk in the nature was amazing

I surprised my daughter with a surprise trip to the mountains. The hotel offered beautiful views, was conveniently located near walking trails, and featured warm pools. I have been to so many hotels in Turkey that claim they have "heated" pools, but are actually freezing. We had a marvelous time hiking and then swimming. We will come back for sure!

It is a family friendly, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The quality of the thermal water is amazing, makes your skin soft and glow. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful at any time. Speacial shout out to hotel manager Gamze, she is very dedicated to her job, i stayed in the hotel all by myself but but i received lots of support and kindness from her.

We can’t camp in the park , so stay overnight here

This is a Spa resort, they have complimentary Suna, swimming pool and steam room on site. You can use it without charge when staying. The hammam is not free, they provide family hammam room if you want to experience it with your family / children (not sure how that works). Dinner and Breakfast are included buffet style). For some reason, the national park is closed for camper and they have to close the park for a day for cutting down some trees, we have no choice but staying over in the hotel instead of camping in the park.

I expected relaxation, but this hotel is the opposite. Plastic plants everywhere try to cover the lifeless atmosphere, while worms hang from the ceiling in the corridors. The buffet food tasted like leftovers from yesterday clearly a way to cut costs There are no real activities around so you’re stuck. The thermal water itself is good, but the moment you step outside the pool, the staff’s attitude brings stress right back….no sense of hospitality, no way to actually relax. Management seems focused on lowering costs, not on guest experience. For foreign travelers, this place feels unwelcoming and careless. Definitely not worth it.

I was on a quest for relaxation at a supposedly relaxing thermal hotel. My experience turned into an obstacle course of disappointments. Our room-changing odyssey began immediately. The first room was a tech wasteland, broken safe box, dead TV. We barely unpacked before being moved again, this time to a room clearly meant for two… though we were a party of three! It took multiple trips down to reception to finally secure a proper room. The real blow came with the realization that the sauna and steam room, features I'd specifically asked about before booking were out of commission. "Renovations," they said, which felt like a slap in the face after being assured of their availability. The food wasn't terrible, but the monotony was disheartening. As for the thermal pool, it started promisingly warm, but then transformed into lukewarm territory. Ideal thermal pool temperatures typically range between 37-40 degrees Celsius (98.6-104 degrees Fahrenheit), so 23 Celsius was a frigid surprise. The cherry on top? Terrible WiFi, slow, unreliable, constant drops. The staff's smiles were empty consolation when faced with our growing list of issues. However, I must give credit to Elif, the manager. Despite the circumstances, her warmth apologetic nature and welcoming body language showed she cared, even if the solutions weren't readily available. The Verdict: This hotel convinced me that unless you're incredibly lucky, your stay is guaranteed to come with a side of unexpected hassles.

I left this hotel two days early because of unprofessional staff and a toxic environment. Within the first minutes of a massage session, employee Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing was done. He still sits at the spa reception, continuing the same behavior. The local managers have no authority. Even the woman manager had to call higher bosses instead of acting directly. It’s also obvious the staff are underpaid and unmotivated, which shows in their behavior. Management doesn’t care about professionalism or respect, only about keeping the business running at the lowest cost. Only Yusuf at the front desk was professional and spoke English, you’re lucky if his shift covers you. The building feels old, the spa is full of fake plastic plants, and the atmosphere is the opposite of relaxation. Foreigners should think twice before coming here. This is not the standard of a true 5star hotel. The water may be thermal, but the staff create the opposite of relaxation.

Die gesamt Anlage war unhygienisch und nicht sauber. Trotz der getrennten Schwimmbereiche wurde drauf nicht geachtet. Frauen gingen in den Männer Bereich rein und raus, als würde es keine Trennung geben. Das Essen war okay. Das Thermal Wasser war um die 30 Grad warm. Das Wasser unter der Dusche ist wärmer. Ich habe dieses Jahr 30€ pro Nacht mehr bezahlt. Wiederholungsfaktor: 0%

Wir waren in diesem Hotel schon dreimal. Leider ist uns aufgefallen, das es nicht mehr so gut ist, wie es mal war. Wir waren diesmal im Obersten Stockwerk untergebracht, sobald wir ins Zimmer reingegangen sind, hat es sehr stark gerochen, wir wussten nicht, was der Grund dafür ist, bis wir dann auf das Badezimmer gekommen sind. Es hat sehr stark nach "Abfluss" gestunken, im ganzen Zimmer trotz offenes Fenster. Der Techniker kam irgendwann nach paar anrufen und hat gemeint, das unter dem Waschbecken das Siphon fehlt! Trotz Ergänzung wurde es nicht besser. Zuvor mussten wir paar mal über das Zimmertelefon die Rezeption anrufen. Angeblich konnten sie uns nicht hören, trotz Weiterverbindung! Dann bin ich runtergelaufen und habe die Problematik geschildert. Kein entgegen kommen, man hat sich nicht darum gekümmert. So unfreundlich das Personal. Nächstes Problem, mein Mann hat über sein Handy mit der Zentrale versucht nur Getränke ins Zimmer zu bestellen, da die Rezeption nicht rangegangen ist und uns angeblich nicht hören konnte. Auf das Essen und unhygienische Restaurant gehe ich überhaupt nicht ein, wir alle hatte nach dem Aufenthalt eine Magendarmerkrankung.( Fieber, Schüttelfrost, Krämpfe, Durchfall und Übergeben), Meinen Sohn hat es leider am schlimmsten erwischt, Ihm musste man leider im Krankenhaus eine Infusion anlegen. Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Kaplıca tarafı çok bakımlı ve temiz değildi. İlk gün kaplıca suyunun üzerinde kabarcıklar vardı. Bone takmayan, duş almadan havuzlara giren insanlar vardı. Bu yüzden enfeksiyon kaptık eşimle. Acile gitmek zorunda kaldık bayramın ilk günü. Personel ara sıra uyardı insanları ancak yetersizdi. Akşam yemeklerinde içecek çeşiti yoktu dersem yalan olmaz. Karışık meyve suyu, vişne suyu konulmuş kutunun içine. En azından ambalajlı olsaydı. 5 yıldızı hak eden bir işletme değil.

Konumu güzel, Soğuksu milli park gişelerini geçince 200 m kadar sonra oteldesiniz. Çalışanlar ilgili, kahvaltı güzel. Akşam yemeklerinde çeşit bol ve lezzetli. Lobi de çay kahve ikramı ücretsiz , bir de yanında kek olsaydı iyi olurdu. Akşamları canlı müzik de keyif verici. Tam bir aile oteli. Otoparkı yeterli, spa,kaplıca suları ve havuzları da gayet iyi.
