Ski holiday in Kitzbühel

We (family of 4 adults) had the most fantastic time staying in Mario’s property in Kitzbühel. Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Good parking, superb bedding, great hosts, and location was unbelievable. Walking distance to gondola, town, ice hockey hall etc etc. Easy to supermarket.

Wenn sich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet und über keinerlei Freisitz verfügt, sollte dies im Inserat auch ganz eindeutig so benannt werden. Das beigefügte Foto des Hauses ist irreführend und weckt eine ganz andere Erwartung. Des Weiteren lässt die Ausstattung der Küche doch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Eine große und saubere Wohnung. Es riecht sehr muffig, trotz häufigem Öffnen der Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Das obere Bett des Etagenbettes sollte normalerweise mit 4 Holzdübeln (=Holzklotz) gehalten werden. Es gab jedoch nur einen und er war immer noch locker. Sehr gefährlich, man sollte nicht denken, dass das obere Bett herunterfällt, wenn sich jemand darin befindet.Außerdem ist die Heizung im Bad undicht und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens lief nicht richtig ab.
