Waterfront lower deck is the perfect place to play a game, read a book, or enjoy nature, and includes a 14' x 14' covered sitting area with picnic table and chairs. Private dock for fishing, crabbing and water sports.

2 bedrooms (1 with Queen, 1 with Twins), 2 baths (1 with shower, 1 with tub/shower), laundry, lower level living room with TV, and additional sitting room with futon, table and chairs.
