Queen Master Bedroom with walk in closet, private bathroom and TV. Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a bathroom with dual sinks, Jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV and a Queen Bedroom with TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from the bathroom to the hallway) with handicap friendly features such as grab bars in the shower and a roll under sink. Laundry area with washer and dryer.  
  
Top Level: Large, open great room with hardwood floors, large flat-screen TV/DVD with surround sound and game table seating 4-5 with deck access and ocean views. Stunning kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, ice maker and breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 8-10, half bathroom and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom and a King Master Bedroom Suite with TV, deck access and private bathroom with dual vanity, Jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.  
  
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.  
  
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities.
