Sun Realty oceanside condo in Duck with community pool & 2 en suites

  • Ocean Dream is a beautiful and well-maintained Georgetown Sands condo that has everything you and your family will need for your vacation. The kitchen was recently remodeled with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and countertops. Everyone will enjoy the two sun decks off of the mid level living and dining areas. Both en suites offer private baths and deck access.

    After a long day at the beach or swimming in the large community pool, cook up something tasty on the community charcoal grill before enjoying a game of tennis or pickleball on the community courts.

    Experience an OBX retreat that has it all, and is only a short distance to the Town of Duck, where you can enjoy the park, bike path, soundfront boardwalk, shops, and restaurants throughout the Village.

    Layout:

    Ground Level: Washer/dryer storage area and outdoor shower.

    Mid Level: Queen primary en suite with cable TV, private deck access and a private bath with tub/shower, and en suite with two twin beds and a private bath with a tub/shower.

4th of July week

We had a great time and the place was very clean and well kept. I was happy to see that there were some beach items to use including bikes. Kitchen was fully equipped. Books, games and movies were also available. The only issue were a couple of the towel fixtures where not firmly affixed to the walls with the set screw so they kept coming off.
Stayed 7 nights in Jun 2024
