The top floor features the private primary suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom and its own deck, the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. Adjacent to the suite is a spacious living room that overlooks the main level and offers beautiful ocean views. Good location for Duck Village - not walkable though. Be sure to understand housing layout - not your typical floor plan - but works great depending on what your plans may be.
