Modern Tiny House w/ Heated Pool in Kitty Hawk

  • Heated shared pool (heated May through September), stylish furnishings, outdoor deck, gas grill, and amenities galore await you at this 820-sq ft modern tiny home 1.5 miles from the beach (5 minutes by car). Includes two queen beds and 1/5 baths as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Maximum 4 adult guests 25+. Two parking spaces but this is not a good fit for large trucks or vehicles. No third-party bookings. No parties. Guests must be 25+. No third-party bookings allowed. No parties. No diving and no glass in the pool area. Pool loungers and beach chairs are for use by only one person at a time or they will break!

    Main house is occupied and includes two dogs, who may bark when people arrive or leave (dog bones provided to guests so they can make friends with the locals!).
