    Located in the Sound-Side condo complex, The Gables, this Outer Banks Rental provides access to a community pool while being just a short drive to a public beach access (approximately 1 mile away)! Other accesses are close by.

    This 2-story town-home offers original art and photography throughout the home, which is complimented by an attractive color palette. The open floor plan on the first floor is light and airy, featuring a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, half-bathroom, laundry room, and a patio. It has three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-shower and soaking tub. Two bedroom have two twin beds and a set of twin bunkbeds, and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. New water heater installed in fall of 2024. This Outer Banks Rental unit will perfectly accommodate a small family.

    The Gables Community is located in Kitty Hawk of the Outer Banks with a location that is central to the beach, sound (waterway between island and mainland), the Wright Brothers Memorial, shopping and restaurants, golf (including miniature golf), movie theater, and so much more! Kitty Hawk is also just a short drive to the 4x4 beaches of Corova and Wild Spanish Horses! Combining this prime location with a rental unit that is comfortable, accommodating, and accessible to high-demand amenities, you and your family will experience an amazing Outer Banks experience that you'll want to return to year after year!

Please contact Cove Realty of Nags Head for more information on this home's linen rental package. Also, Cove Realty is a Green company that limits excessive waste. The accommodations were as described and the pool was fabulous. The condo was very nice and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only down side was the upstairs was very hot during the day and did not cool off until late in the evening. The downstairs stayed cool all the time. They did deliver two fans which did help. This is a very quite neighborhood, which we really enjoyed.

Perfect Fit

The house was great. It is conveniently located close to everything! The beach, shopping, restaurants.... It was clean, bright, and airy. The beds were comfortable! We especially loved the pool! The kids enjoyed cooling off after our fun, busy days! The nieghborhood was quiet.

We had a great stay at Coastal Harbor! Our rental was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The community is quiet and perfectly manicured, the pool was clean, and we were only about a mile (or less) from beach access. Recommend 10/10!
