Ground-floor apartment in a house built in 2009.
On the entrance floor, living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, with 2 beds in each, the second bedroom has no windows. Separate WC.
On the basement floor there is a spacious room with fireplace, 2 beds and sofa bed, sauna and washroom/WC. In the fireplace room, there is also a chair that can be used as an extra bed. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

Own parking space and wall outlet for car heating.
