"Staff seemed indifferent to help. Parking was extra ($12) and a far walk from the hotel. The breakfast was extra and expensive. The rooms were unusually small for an supposed better hotel. And because the rooms were small the washrooms were also small. The elevators felt like they were going to breakdown ..."
