Living space

The living room is comfortable and easy to use, with a TV for winding down in the evenings and direct access to the private balcony, where a pair of chairs are ready for anyone who wants to sit outside. The layout flows naturally into the dining area, which seats four, making it a good spot for meals together or a low-key game night.

 

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or pull together something quick. You will find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table sits just off the kitchen, keeping meals sociable.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer a comfortable setup for a range of group sizes. The master suite features a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom - a quiet space to retreat to at the end of the day. A second bedroom also has a queen bed and is positioned conveniently near the full hallway bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, which works well for younger guests or anyone sharing a room.

Old Town Kissimmee and Lake Kissimmee State Park are both around 30 minutes, and Posner Park is approximately 25 minutes for shopping and dining. Orlando International Airport is about 45 minutes away.

Check-in is available from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. The condo comes with a starter supply of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, guests may need to supplement these. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.
