Nice big place lobby amazing but the rooms and vast long corridors very much well lived in - carpets need updating

Our go to when in Orlando. Good size rooms, lovely complex and facilities, great staff. Good food in the bar and pool bar. But resort fee and self park now ridiculously high. $40 and $34 tax respectively. Making us consider alternatives now. Big shame.

Our 4th time at the amazing Embassy Suites and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were there when hurricane Milton stormed in but were looked after completely with nothing any trouble to the fab staff. Zach, luis and the front office team were second to none and the best barman Joel. You all excelled yourselves and kept us safe. We will be back again as always

Pool area is awesome for both couples and families. Very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was slightly dated although perfectly fine for our stay. Would recommend.

The property is not as big and posh as other hotels but the staff won out hearts and made us feel very welcome and made us feel like home. Specially moises the young chap was very welcoming during check in and rest of the days. Good parking spaces etc. I feel parking is a bit pricey and should be adjusted as per seasonal rates.

This is perfect for a short or longer stay with large suite style rooms. The hotel was very clean overall but some issues with upkeep such as noisy air conditioners, only one elevator working the whole two week stay. But overall a clean and well maintained hotel. Staff were great, had one issue during the stay and they resolved it quickly. No in room safe which was a disappointment but can place in the one at reception. Breakfast was very good for being included with some rotation of hot food...

A fantastic hotel, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic bedrooms which were spacious and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had all you would need. Great location. Will definitely be back!

Welcoming, friendly and clean

Well-run hotel. Clean room with plenty of towels and comfortable bed. Good hot & cold buffet selection at breakfast that’s kept clean and replenished by the excellent team working there. Nice pool area albeit the pool was a bit cold during our stay. Hotel would benefit from some upgrades but the team running the hotel definitely make the best of what’s there. Excellent value and would stay again

Needed a stopover to split the trip from Tampa to East coast of Florida. Lake Wales was perfectly placed for this. Arrived fairly late and left early so booked a place that looked good value and this proved a good choice with large room, clean, and easy parking. To eat you are best to use the car, if you do there are plenty of places on the main highway.

Great hotel, clean room, comfy bed. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. Perfect location for hotel transfer to the airport.
