On the last day before I checked out, I was taking a shower when part of the ceiling suddenly collapsed. A section of the ceiling fell onto the floor. It was heavy, and I could have been seriously injured. I am very unhappy about this situation. The shower itself was also broken. I have photos documenting the damage.

There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. ..."
