8.4/10 Very good! (60 reviews)
We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses were there all the days for the 6 days we spent there...
This place has almost unlimited potential and is always worth recommending if someone can stomach these little dents.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, it needs a complete renovation from the lobby and dining room to all the rooms. It looks like it got stuck in 1970.
The breakfast was meh. Renovate this hotel and get more outgoing, welcoming staff. Honestly, I wonder if the problems stem from poor ownership and poor leadership. This could be the best hotel in Liptovsky Mikulas with some TLC.

"We have been allocated a room with insufficient beds, necessitating one of us to sleep on the couch. The staff exhibits some unsavory practices. We observed a waiter dropping napkins on the floor, collecting them, and then placing them on tables. We also witnessed different waiters placing silverware ..."
