Great vibe and excellent service. Giving them 5 stars despite the fact they didn't honor the VIP upgrade and perk and elevators didn't work great. But, cocktail bar was great and made up for this

Great stay- staff was friendly and attentive. Valet guys were super nice as were the people at the front desk. I cam for a mom’s weekend for my son and it was everything I wanted.
