Great location, a few steps away from the Tram and the beach, central to food, bars and entertainment. Shopping is 4 tram stops away. Lovely staff and noise was kept low. great to see a few older travelers, not just the backpackers.
two small negatives where the messy shower stalls and the unhygienic kitchen towels that where quite dirty and a health hazard imo.
Great to see "quiet hours" for those travelers with busy schedules. The fridge rules are also great!

We really enjoyed the location. The resort was beautiful and right on the water. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall a really lovely stay. The rooms are a bit older but they were clean and a bit larger than a standard room. The bathtub was gigantic which was really fun for the kids. Close to Sea World and a short drive to shopping. Highly recommend
