"Ana Talia house is an absolute gem. Staff are all extremely friendly. The building itself is magical and atmospheric. It has an excellent location and the rooms are also wonderful. There is nothing to think about. Just book here and you'll have a fantastic time in Mardin. "
"Everything was great, the guys in the hotel are amazing. Immediately responded to all our requirements. Helped with transportations, met us to/from taxi down the road and carried our bags. Recommended place to stay! "
"The staff at Zabel are absolutely amazing—they genuinely try to make your stay comfortable. That said, getting to the hotel is no joke: there are a ton of stairs. With six suitcases, it was exhausting, and honestly, had we not already made the trip down, we probably would have canceled and chosen a hotel on the street instead. The staff were kind enough to send a girl to help with our bags when we arrived, but we felt bad and ended up carrying them ourselves. On the way back, they sent one guy...
"Beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. Owner is kind and was so nice to hear the story of the hotel. Mustafa was so accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend!"
"That's an great boutique hotel. Traditional
Rooms with modern additions, super comfortable and with an excellent view. The breakfast was awesome and the hotel
Personnel were very accommodating and helpful. Especially, Zeyni, he was very accommodating
"
"I recommend it because it's comfortable, has good service, and there's a bus stop and a shopping center just a block away. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It's located in the new part of Mardin and is close to the airport shuttle. Ihigrecommend it. del inglés"
"Absolutely tremendous value for money. It's not the best place you'll find, but for the price, it was fantastic. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place."
"The staff is wonderfull here. The lpcation is right in the center so you can walk anywhere from here.
The manager was so kind that he even brpught cut fruit even though the resturant was closed. "
"Bi kere aldığı parayı pek hak edecek bir konumda değil. Yer olarak bavulla çıkarken çok zorlandık. Odamız küçüktü. Oda içerisinde terlil bile koyulmamıştı. Banyodu küçüktü ve koku geliyordu. Banyoda duş alınca yerde hep su birikintisi oldu ve gitmedi. Tek memnun kalabileceğim şey belki de birazcık kahvaltısıydı."
"This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a great taxi tour and would recommend doing this. Great value for the tour.
The hotel was up the top end of town and easy walk to the sites. "

"Отличный отель, чистый и удобный номер, отличное месторасположение относительно достопримечательностей.
Предоставили парковочное место, что очень сложно в этом городе!
Отличный персонал, удовлетворил все наши просьбы.
Отличный завтрак с прекрасным видом! "
"The hotel itself is unique and I stayed in one of the nicest hotel after a long time. The room was like a cave in ancient times which was modernised according to standards.
The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. Because of language barrier it was difficult for me to rotate from one place to another but thanks to him that he did help me out of the box.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves rooftop views and drink Chai and wants to stay in peaceful hotel.
"
"The location was good, but there is no hotel parking and its diificult logistically.
Room is very small and not really comfortable
Staff bored and disinterested "
"My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!"
"The rooms smell like cigarettes, and even in non-smoking rooms, the cigarette odor comes through the ventilation. At certain times, it feels like a four-star roadside hotel. The staff is limited. "
