This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a great taxi tour and would recommend doing this. Great value for the tour. The hotel was up the top end of town and easy walk to the sites.

First time visiting this hotel and I got impressed. The hotel is convenient located in the old city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful. The offers a dinner and a love show with an extra charge. The food and the music is wonderful. I traveler as a female solo travel and I feel very safe all the time. I will definitely come back

Struttura davvero molto carina. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera già pronta, prima dell’orario di check-in: era fresca e profumata. Il personale è davvero davvero carino, più del solito. Ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli e sono venuti a controllare che la macchina fosse parcheggiata in un posto sicuro. La colazione è top! Anche in questo caso, direi oltre la media. Viene inoltre servita sul terrazzo e sono loro a portarla al tavolo. Sono più di venti giorni che giro la Turchia e questa è una delle mie strutture preferite in cui ho alloggiato, se non la preferita. Ve la consiglio molto!

13 Mayıs’tan 16 Mayıs’a kadar annemle birlikte Mardin gezisi için Mirstone Oteli tercih ettik. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemiz ve oldukça konforluydu. Otelin konumu da hem gezilecek yerlere yakın hem de oldukça sakindi, bu da gezimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Misafirperverlikleri ve sundukları güzel hizmet için tüm Mirstone Otel ekibine teşekkür ederiz..

Otel konumu çarşıya yakın o konuda çok iyi , temizlik konusundada iyiydi odalar ferah , ancak çok pahalı geldi yani ayaküstü tuttuk , fiyatının hakkını veremedi taş otel olsun istedik otantik dursun diye ama normal bir otel fazlasını beklememek lazım , uygun fiyatlı olması gerek , çünkü kahvaltı çok zayıftı yani oraya yakın başka otel zincirleri uygun fiyatlıydı o tarz yerlerin kahvaltısını bildiğimiz için bu taş konak otelde fiyatının iki katı olmasına rağmen kahvaltı çeşiti çok az ekmeği doymak için yedik , mesela mardinin ünlü süryani çöreklerinden bile koyabilirdiler , çok pahalı geldi günlüğü neredeyse 6 bin TL ye tuttuk orada farklı daha uyguna yerler vardı, kahvaltı fotoğrafınıda resim olarak atıyorum hep aynıydı fazlası yok, bu hizmet bu fiyata değmedi ,ama çalışanları çok kibar özellikle Fırat Bey di sanırım çok güzel ilgilendi , yinede teşekkürler

Güleryüzle karşılama, çevre ve mekanlar hakkında bilgilendirme çok iyiydi. Otelin yönlendirdiği Tahir bey şöför ve rehber olarak çok başarılıydı, güvenilir biri tavsiye ederiz. Otelin genel hijyeni, sıcak su olmaması ve zayıf kahvaltısı ise olumsuz değerlendirdiğimiz konulardır. Bu açıdan fiyat/kalite performansı düşük kaldı.

Otel manzara açısından güzel fakat arabayla ulaşım açısından biraz sıkıntılı dar sokaklardan geçiyorsunuz ve arabayı bu otelden uzak bir yere park ediyorsunuz oradan yürüyerek geçiyorsunuz aslında otelin ön tarafında yaya olarak geçebileceğiniz bir yer var fakat arabayı güvenli bir alan bulmak zorundasınız. Otel çalışanları genel olarak iyi güler yüzlü yalnız otel otantik bir otel mistik bir havası var taş otel sanırım tadilat zamanına denk geldiğimiz için çok fazla temizliğe dikkat edilmedi odaları fena değildi sadece banyoda aynaların altına eşyalarımız koyabileceğimiz bir yer yapabilirler diye düşünüyorum kahvaltısı fena değil güzel

Oteli çoğunlukla parkeri sorun olmadığı için seçtim. İlk önce arka yollardan gelince nereye geldik diye baya bir hayal kırıklığıma uğradık. Ama ertesi gün bize merkeze kadar eşlik ettiklerinde o kadar da kötü bir yerde olmadığımızı anladık.park yeri sokakta bi 20 30 çok yokuş olmayan bir yerde ki Mardinde uç beş otele yakın otopark vardir.Çok merkezde bir yerde değil ama gerçekten Mardin için yürüme mesafesi düz yol sayılır. Otelin kendisi abarttıkları kadar beş yıldızlı değildi. Otel tam fiyat performanslı bir otel. Sadece gece uykudan uykuya kullanacaksanız ki genellikle öyledir baya yeterli . Temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi, özellikle Şehmus. Kahvaltı vasattı ama güzel sahanda yumurtaları vardı. Çay güzeldi. Dört gün kaldık. Memnunduk. Ödediğimiz kadar hizmet aldık. Sadece gece biraz sesliydi. Gece çalışan eleman kapıları çok fazla çarpıp ses yapıyordu. Onun dışında bir sorun yoktu. Varsada çözüldü hemen

Eski mardin in kuzeyinde kaleye doğru, merkeze 5-10 dakika yürüme uzaklığında, kış zamanında olduğu için taş konak soğuk idi çalışan arkadaşlar sağolsun elektrikli soba verdiler, kale manzarası ve Mezopotamya manzarası mevcut otelinin terasında ,bazı odalarda manzaraya bakıyordu bizimki bakmıyordu , genel olarak fiyat performans açısından uygun , personelleri ise mükemmel herhalde Mardin çevresinde en iyi niyetli ve yardımsever insanlardı.
