Beautiful

A beautiful room in an amazing, historical city. We just suggest they install guards on the doors to prevent them from slamming shut, which is very noisy. We had trouble finding the hotel, but the receptionist was very kind and helpful in trying to guide us and made us feel welcome despite our unexpectedly very late arrival.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful . We had a great taxi tour and would recommend doing this. Great value for the tour. The hotel was up the top end of town and easy walk to the sites.

Well first 2 best things about this property are the people who were outstanding and breakfast even though the tea was colder than I like. Hotel is kind of hard to find specially at night and in the rain but we did find it again thanks to the people. Property is a historical building. İt has immense potential but still lacking basic things than can make this an outstanding property. Bathroom seat not even attached. I did not even try to take a shower. İt needs an exhaust fan terribly perhaps higher floors do have it but bathroom smelled so bad. A/C unit i could not get it to heat the room. Perhaps I did not know how to operate it. The need to wash the sheets on nicer detergent they did not smell very nice. The also need to remove all of the carpeting on the rims and on the trace. No reason to cover beautiful historical floors. Otherwise nice location in the middle of 1000's of years of history. Very beautiful place. Walks and in and around the town is a slice of history.

First time visiting this hotel and I got impressed. The hotel is convenient located in the old city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful. The offers a dinner and a love show with an extra charge. The food and the music is wonderful. I traveler as a female solo travel and I feel very safe all the time. I will definitely come back

Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımcıydı. Herhangi bir isteğimiz olduğunda hızlıca çözüm üretmeye çalıştılar, bu yaklaşım gerçekten çok takdir edilesi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterliydi ve lezzet açısından da tatmin ediciydi. Temizlik konusunda ise biraz daha özen gösterilebilir. Oda temizliği için misafir onayı beklediklerini söylediler, bu anlayışlı bir tutum olsa da, otel standartlarında düzenli temizlik hizmetinin otomatik olarak sağlanması daha uygun olurdu. Konum olarak oldukça merkezi bir noktada; yürüyerek şehir merkezindeki birçok noktaya kolayca ulaşmak mümkün. Aracımız olmamasına rağmen ulaşımda hiçbir zorluk yaşamadık. Ancak otel, dar bir sokakta bulunduğu için park alanı kısıtlı; araçla gelen misafirlerin bunu göz önünde bulundurmasında fayda var.

Tarihi dokusu ve manzarası mükemmel. Çalışan arkadaşlar gayet saygılı ve yardımseverlerdi. Çarşıyı beraber gezebiliriz diye teklif bile ettiler sağolsunlar. Kalenin eteklerinde konakların dar sokaklarına rağmen park yeri sorunu yaşamadık. Oda ve oturma alanları temizdi rahatsız edici bir şey görmedik. Eski Mardini kolaylıkla yürüyerek gezip geri gelebildik. Mardinde gezebileceğimiz rotayı gösteren otele özel broşürleri de vardı. Bir gece ailemle kaldığımız konaklamada gayet memnun kaldık tüm çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkürler.

Struttura davvero molto carina. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera già pronta, prima dell’orario di check-in: era fresca e profumata. Il personale è davvero davvero carino, più del solito. Ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli e sono venuti a controllare che la macchina fosse parcheggiata in un posto sicuro. La colazione è top! Anche in questo caso, direi oltre la media. Viene inoltre servita sul terrazzo e sono loro a portarla al tavolo. Sono più di venti giorni che giro la Turchia e questa è una delle mie strutture preferite in cui ho alloggiato, se non la preferita. Ve la consiglio molto!

Mardin'de otopark problemi olmasına rağmen otel konum itibariyle her ne kadar biz navigasyondan kaynaklı zor bulabilsek de güzel bir konumda. Otele gotmeden evvel mutlaka iletişime gecip konum bilgisi almaniz gerekiyor. Mardin 1. Cadde ye girmeden yeni yolu kullanip gitmek cok daha mantıklı. Otele ulaştığımizda bizimle ilgilenen karsilamaya gelen Şehmus Bey'e cok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrılırken de valizleri bize yardım ederek taşıması cok kibardi. Gun icinde Mardin'i gezdigimiz için oteli sadece uyumak için kullandık. Sabah kahvaltısıni terasta yaptik, gayet guzel ve yeterliydi. Otelin hazirlamis olduğu Mardin seyehat broşür gezjlecek yerler hakkında cok yardımcı oldu. Odalar gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Eski bir Ermeni konağı olmasi da büyüleyici bir hava katıyor. Bu açıdan bize konak hakkında bolgi veren Zakir Bey'e de teşekkür ederiz. Mardin'de gonul rahatlığıyla konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Çalışanların sanimi yaklaşımlarina teşekkür ederim. Otelin yeri çok güzel Mardin manzarası ayaklarınızın altında. Otele girişten itibaren orada çalışan arkadaşlar hep çok ilgili güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Gece gündüz demeden hatta hiç yorulmadan mutlulukla hep yardımcı oldular. Birkaç kere kayboldum sağ olsunlar olduğum yere kadar gelip aldılar. 13 Mayıs’tan 16 Mayıs’a kadar annemle birlikte Mardin gezisi için Mirstone Oteli tercih ettik. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar tertemiz ve oldukça konforluydu.
