"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Stayed at Hotel New Otani Hakata and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself, however, feels a bit dated. The rooms and facilities are well-maintained but could benefit from some modernization.
