Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The hotel was located in old town and we got the city view which made us feel like we were part of old town itself, which was amazing! We got to the hotel before 11 and since our room was ready, they let us check in early without any hassle. Staff was super friendly and always willing to answer questions. ...
