Perfectly located on the Ki-West-Bahn valley run, 350 metres from the ski lift and 300 metres from the ski bus. Complete privacy, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers each, separate toilets on each floor, annex with bath (shower) and toilet. Bedrooms on 1st floor, 4-person room with private entrance. Beautiful garden with open views completes the whole This chalet is a true dream for any winter sports lover! Being close to the Ki-West gondola (around 350 metres), you can easily reach Westendorf. From Westendorf, you have access to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas, Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental. The Pengelstein slope is about 2 kilometres from the chalet and is highly recommended. The ski lift to this area can be reached by ski bus 300 metres from the chalet. In the Kitzbühel ski resort In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. Wonderful cycling and hiking tours through the green nature of the mountain world start from here. Fancy a game of golf? Then let off steam on the local golf course. To refresh yourself after a brisk walk, a visit to the Kneippanlage is highly recommended. Die Lage ist schön, unsere Hunde waren mit dem Garten sehr zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit wurde bereits öfters bemängelt, können wir nur zustimmen. Eine allgemeine Grundreinigung wäre vielleicht eine gute Lösung. Lage ist okay, das Haus ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Über 2600 Euro haben wir für 3 Nächte gezahlt, was leider nicht gerechtfertigt war. Folgendes mussten wir bemängeln: -Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt -Keller war voller Müll/ kaputter Möbel -am Billardtisch fehlte 1 Kugel -1 Queue war kaputt -Spinnweben an jedem Fenster -defekte Tür durch die es 3 Tage lang gezogen hat -Licht im Ofen defekt -Babybetten fehlten -Kinderstühle fehlten - an einem der nachgelieferten Babybetten klebte eine leere alte Caprisonne und die Matratze für das Babybett hat nicht in das Bett gepasst Um das Haus herum lagen kleine Schnapsflaschen verteilt. Für den Apres-Ski ist es meiner Meinung nach besser, etwas näher zu den Dörfern zu fahren. Westendorf (20 min) oder Kirchberg (5 min). Das Haus selbst ist etwas wartungsbedürftig (lockere Türklinken, klemmende Türen, Esstischstühle, die fast auseinanderfallen, und ein Billardtisch von mittelmäßiger Qualität ohne brauchbare Stöcke), wir haben dies an den Eigentümer weitergegeben und hoffen für die nächsten Mieter, dass sie dies in Angriff nehmen.
