Overlooking the blue waters of Lake Taupo, this exquisite, high-end holiday retreat has been designed, built and furnished to the highest of standard. For those who appreciate quality when on holiday - you can't look past this one! The expansive wrap-around deck offers the ultimate spot to enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine while taking in those stunning lake views. Boasting 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious, ultra-modern home offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests. Hotel quality linen and towels provided - professionally dry cleaned for the highest level of hygiene. The home has central heating and cooling throughout, for maximum comfort any time of year. Close to many of Kinloch's stunning wedding venues, and popular walking tracks. Only a 5 minute drive to the Kinloch Club - one of NZ's top golf courses. You can follow the path from the house, and walk to the lake, playground, basketball court and pump-track in about 5 minutes. This is what holidays are all about! Room Configuration Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed House Rules and Information Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. You are welcome to store bikes or sports gear in the garage - however, there is no room to park a vehicle in the garage due to the owners having items stored in there. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Please note: A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
