Just a couple of minutes stroll to Kinloch Esplanade and the lake front, Kinloch Family Retreat provides a kayak for guests to borrow to explore the pretty bays, or simply wander the shores of Lake Taupo.

A picturesque village set on a quiet bay on the northern end of Lake Taupō, Kinloch is a relaxing retreat and an absolute paradise for keen golfers with a number of great golf courses just minutes away.

If you forget your clubs at home or decide on a whim to give it a go, you're in luck as Kinloch Family Retreat has golf clubs you can borrow!

Golfing not your thing? There's plenty more to do and see in Kinloch, and it's just an easy 20 minute drive in to Taupo Central for a spot of shopping or a relaxing lunch.
