This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse is perfect for families or small groups, with an open-plan living area and two upstairs bedrooms each with their own ensuite. The main bathroom/laundry is downstairs. Stay comfortable year-round with a heat pump/air-conditioning unit in the main living area downstairs. Relax on the private deck, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy alfresco dining or a peaceful afternoon. With biking trails, lake activities, and golf all nearby, this is the perfect base to enjoy everything Kinloch has to offer. Sleeps up to 8 guests. This townhouse/duplex is connected to one other townhouse — but rest assured, no facilities are shared, offering you full privacy throughout your stay.
