Spend the evening overlooking the lake cooking on the BBQ under the outdoor heaters, or by the fireplace enjoying a mulled wine on the bean bags and comfortable chairs and couches. Then a restful nights sleep in beautiful linen with fully heated and air conditioned bedrooms. There is a fully appointed kitchen with cooktop, 2 x ovens, a large range of appliances, bar fridge, double door fridge freezer and further fridge freezer in the garage. Luxury bathrooms with fully tiled showers, heated towel rails and under tile heating. Both east and west decks are available and secluded from the neighbors. Only short walk to the marina and lake front, local store and coffee cart. Plenty of walking and mountain bike trails in the vicinity. This brand new build is welcoming and warm. Further bedroom info as follows - Master bedroom with ensuite has a superking bed,a further Guest ensuite with Californian king bed, bedroom 3 also has a superking bed and bedroom 4 that can also serve as the media. room has a queen sofa bed for you. There is also an outside shower for ease after a swim in the lake and also a drying cabinet for any water or ski gear that needs drying quickly as well as brand new washing machine and separate dryer.
