Great layout and fantastic views of Puget Sound and the Cascades. Home is better than advertised with games downstairs and large, spacious guest rooms.
This was an amazing home, and we hope to come back some day. We were enamored with the view, and we had a very relaxing weekend soaking in the surroundings
The property is located in an idylic wooded setting with views of the Sound. Comfortable accommodations and the beds were comfortable as well. The game room was enjoyable and we spent a lot of time thete.
ThI view was great! The house had great space and it was nicely remodeled! Easy to get lost in the peacefulness and the view! Great basement space for kids!
Great Location, beautiful waterfront. Watched all the cruise ships pass through the channel every morning. We had everything we needed. It was a lovely location. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved this home. The location was great and the view beautiful. The main room and lower level worked great for groups . Loved the pool table and games. Host was great to work with.
The only improvement would be that it would have been nice have access to the shoreline below. Highly recommend!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Nice location; bad communication and cleanliness
Properly and location is nice. Dishes, coffee pot were dirty on arrival. Smoke detecters were beeping, we had to take down 3 and remove the batteries. I tried calling and emailing no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Suggestion is find a different location
We loved the view of the sound from this house. Main level living has everything we needed. Just know that there are exterior decking stairs leading from the driveway to the front door. Also, we didn’t love the long narrow winding road leading to the home. We often came upon cars coming the other direction and had to back up to a pullout area to let them pass. The driveway is gravel with some deep ruts that need to be smoothed out before the rainy season. This house can accommodate a group nicely.
The house in a lovely location. It was clean, organized, modern, and spacious enough to fit my family and me. The house had plenty of supplies. The drive to the property felt like you were driving through a secluded forest. We saw plenty of deer and eagles. It would have been nice to have had some direct access to the water. During our two night stay there, the neighbor decided to cut down their tree and burn it...so the smoke from that made it hard to enjoy the outside. Once I informed the property manager, he did promise to talk to the neighbor. Also, the early 1000 check out is kind of a bummer, but we were allowed to check in early, which was very nice. Overall, would recommend.
The house was nice and the location was good. The view from the rooms was spectacular. However, the shower downstairs had such terrible water pressure it was unusable and all of my family who stayed in the bedrooms downstairs had to come upstairs to shower. The listing could have been clearer about how the three of the bedrooms were downstairs so we had a better expectation of what to find. The kitchen was mostly stocked but we still had to purchase detergent for the dishwasher and our own napkins and paper towels--which would have been fine if we knew in advance what to expect. Overall we still had a great time.

Priced too high
Overall, clean, renovated and great views. On the plus side, easy check in, quiet, and plenty of room for two families to stay. On the negative, there is a strange smell when you enter. I'm guessing from the flooring or something in the framing of the house (it's older home that's been renovated recently). Not huge deal, but noticable. There were dozens of fairly large spiders and webs on the deck. We asked for some help to remove but were not offered anything. I'm not sure if there was a broom. The sofas are really uncomfortable so didn't enjoy watching a movie. Tried to play music on the tv next day while cooking but the sound would not turn on. I gave up. the bedding (thin comforter and no extra blankets), especially the pillows, are subpar compared to everything else. I wanted to use a fluffier king pillow but there were no extra pillow cases for the primary bed. It's also really weird having a shower in the bedroom. And, despite being called "Sandy Beach" there is no access to any beach...it's just a deck overlooking the water. I didn't mind the long winding drive to the house. I do hope that retaining wall holds. It appears they are trying to manage moisture but if I was the owner, I would triple check the drain and supports for that...otherwise, the house is going to get pushed off...
The view was spectacular and neighborhood is really quiet. It nice if you want to get away and enjoy the place to getaway witht thw family and friends.
Fantastic home, excellent view and trails to walk. Short jaunts to nearby town for EXCELLENT forest walks, many, many birds. The adult kids loved the game room while we snuggled, read and took in the views. Home had everything we needed to ring in the New Year with our extended family. THANK YOU.
This house stay was one of our best. The house was clean, comfortable, and had much to do. The views are spectacular. The kids enjoyed the yard and the game room. I'd recommend this stay for anyone.
