"1- When I got there the sign and gate are not visible as advertised. I passed it 3 times. I had to park partially in the grass and in the street. 2- The add says there is garage parking. NOT true! When I got the key and unlocked the door I had a hard time getting the door open. 3- The latch was sticking. When I got inside I was on the phone with my husband who was contacting the owner or whoever was managing the property on Expedia about the parking. I couldn’t get the door open from the inside. I’m claustrophobic and couldn’t get out. 4- The latch was sticking in the door wouldn’t open. Because of my claustrophobia, I freaked out when I couldn’t get out the door. My husband contacted this person who took 3 hours to get back to him. Finally, I was able to hit the door latch with my hand to get it open. 5- The person who he contacted once he did get back to him told us that they would send somebody out to look at the door latch, I had to make an appointment and they weren’t sure when they were going be able to come look at it. I didn’t have time to deal with somebody to come out and look at the latch. We informed that person that they could take care of it when I left. As far as the garage parking goes, they said that wasn’t offered. We told them that it was in the ad and they said it was a misprint. I didn’t see the sign with the persons contact # until much later hidden behind a plant. 6- beach view NONE. Personally I would not recommend. It’s not worth the price paid."
