Getting Around: Given the location, access to a personal vehicle is recommended, as public transportation options are not available for this area. This property offers free parking on-site for your convenience. Other Things to Note: Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. The house provides a kayak and paddle board which was awesome for our family to use and well as its own fishing and swimming area. The house is spacious with plenty of room and is updated. The only issue we had was the neighbor lady next-door, which the property manager told us they would speak to her. ##### Krystal M.
