A few restrictions to make sure every guest can enjoy their trip! No more than 3 cars are allowed per HOA rules. Parking is located directly across from the property. Boat or jet ski trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood and requires pre-approval to get the access code. Trailers are not permitted elsewhere on the property and any trailers parked in the non-designated lot space may be towed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, boat ramp, and amenity center which includes a basketball / pickle ball court, neighborhood pool, and volleyball court. Community Amenity Center is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ in the Legends gated community, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment including Legend's Golf Course and local wineries!
Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available in this area. You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a not Pet-Friendly Property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 occurs.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
